Saturday, December 5, 2020 - Drank this with Pinot Peter. Dark. Decanted. Fragrant of dark fruit, dark cherry and licorice nose. The fine tannin envelopes the mouth but shows again on the finish of the finish. Acid is prominent, too. Will benefit from many years in the cellar. 24 hours later the fruit is more prominent relative to tannin. Exciting!
