After 2-3 Hours: On the nose the fruit is slightly more tart, but the wine is also more floral and perfumed, quite lovely; the sous bois is still present but mellowed; on the palate it continues to have a pleasing velvety texture, and continues to be very long, though now more refined and layered in an almost infinitely receding manner; truly excellent, almost surprisingly so
