Tuesday, August 18, 2009 - Wonderful Portuguese blend of Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, and Tempranillo. Aromatic, with abundant berry and floral notes. Palate is lush and velvety, like a Syrah, but has the nice tannic edge of Tempranillo. Plum, blackberry, and blueberry palate. Spicy, slightly caramel finish. Nice.
