Decanted both for an hour and both stood their ground quite well with great colors and flavors. When it came to the meal (Lamb Chops, Haricot Vert, Potatoes Dauphinois) we thought the Semper V was a bit better at cutting thru the fats than the Insignia. Both good bottles and remain our two favorites.
