Tuesday, December 26, 2023 - One of two wines served to accompany Boxing Day Tourtiere pies. This took a back seat to the 2005 Ch Bouscaut that was a much more seamless and integrated wine. The Q was very primary in sweet dark red fruit and a little out of balance in acidity & tannin. This had been decanted for >1hr but was not as impressive in previous showings.
