Friday, May 12, 2023 - Mineral driven and acidity loaded Riesling. Grapey nose with notes of petrol lurking. Yellow fruits, crisp and finishes with slightly spicy notes. I am sure it can stay alive for years to come but I am not sure if it would benefit a whole lot from it.
