Saturday, October 31, 2020 - By the glass at Noble Rot in Wellington. Typical honeyed, nutty, light Madras curry and mixed orchard fruit aromas; aromatic, attractive. On the palate relatively citrusy, clean and linear, with a nice citrus pith/peel element and ample cleansing acidity. Comes across as young and yet to attain much layered depth, but nonetheless enjoyable how it is in this phase.

Worked well with beef tartare.
