Saturday, December 26, 2015 - Wonderfully rich aromatics of ripe peach with a slight petrol note. On the palate, crisp limestone with peach and apple, a bit of peach peel on the finish, which is quite long. Delightful pairing with large, tender scallops, seared, and sauced with a ginger/satsuma beurre blanc.
