Wednesday, October 14, 2020 - Color: blonde; Aroma: lemon/lime, mineral, green apple; Palette: mineral, lemon/lime, ginger; Legs: long; Acidity: full; Finish: long with a tang at the end (not true bitter, but a combination of acidity (there is that lemon/lime thing) and mineral. I have had better French chards. But chards are one of those wines that attracts a lot of variables! A little more life is in this wine. Pushed my drink window to 2025
