Wednesday, July 18, 2018 - JJ Prum - 2016 range tasting (ChinChin Sydney): Herb, lemon, light spice and violets on the nose. THe palate is medium weight, while still showing a bit of zing from the acidity. Finely balanced, the sweetness is present but it is focused well. Very pleasant wine.
