Sunday, October 4, 2020 - Creamy texture with very fine bubbles. The predominant use of Flora grapes accentuates warm spice notes such as cardamom and cinnamon, but there are definite lemon pie citrus notes underneath. Yeast notes are blunt like pie crust.
