Creamy texture with very fine bubbles. The predominant use of Flora grapes accentuates warm spice notes such as cardamom and cinnamon, but there are definite lemon pie citrus notes underneath. Yeast notes are blunt like pie crust.

Surprised about this. Opened it to use in making my nightly spritz. Tried it real quick on its own and man is it good. I was expecting to be turned off by the sweetness, but it is just the right balance, and 6 years of age doesn't hurt.

My first experience with the Demi-Sec style. Creamy, floral, and off-dry, with a viscous and glazed mouthfeel. Notes of orchard fruit, peaches in syrup, and a hint of tropicality are offset by a nice cut and super fine bubbles. 7-Up and minerals funnel through the sappy finish. This style isn't something I would drink often but it's tasty and well made and better suited as a dessert wine.

Light golden in color. Nose of brioche and yeast. Sweet flavor with a lingering tartness. Candied lemon and honey flavors.

Good wine, leaning slightly too much in the direction of sweetness, but nice after dinner bottle.

No formal notes but on this evening I enjoyed the extra sweetness.

Not preferred style of bubbles, but this paired very nicely with a salmon curry.
