Tuesday, November 6, 2007 - Decanted in glass for 30 minutes. Dark ruby/purple color leads to aromas of vanilla, cherry, and chocolate with some oak in the background. Nice full bodied syrupy flavors of cherry, coffee and raspberry with some spice. Tannins are pretty well integrated, well balanced, drinking nice, not an over the top Ausi. Nice length on the finish. Good drink on it's own.
