Thursday, April 23, 2009 - Somewhat reserved on the nose, the real meat and potatoes of this wine is the dry, tropical fruit flavors, rather easy going, gaining a little mineral complexity on the mid palate and finishing with a distinct note of dried banana. Great wine, enjoyed it, glad to have had a higher end CdP blanc, but I could find a 100 wines that cost half as much as this (see the Loire).
