Saturday, February 2, 2013 - Light yellow color. Quince, almond, salted butter, and waxy white fruit. Slightly viscous, oily texture with flavors of melon and quince. After a couple of hours, this really blossomed. Lemon, quince, mineral and waxy white fruit aromas. Diesel and stone flavors along with plenty of fruit.
