Wednesday, January 7, 2009 - Like some other reviewers, our bottle was relatively closed. Opened on New Year's to pair with lobster and there was almost nothing on the nose and very little on the palate. Same the next day. Re-corked and put back into the frig until the 6th. Finally, something on the nose and more on the palate. Clearly drank it too young. Day 6 was very promising and this wine will be very rewarding.
