Tuesday, April 14, 2020 - A positive surprise this. Left alone in the cellar as these wines need time and I've struggled to enjoy the 04's with their green aromas.
This one is developing on the nose, still green herbs and a minty balsamic tone, but more complex with forest floor, hint leather. Fine, mouthcoating tannins as expected from this producer (would have guessed Pommard if blind). With air the fruit comes more forward and it feels much more in place than for ten years ago.
