Sunday, December 6, 2020 - First meal in Sydney for 9 months for me as I am from Melbourne where we have just come out from lockdown. To celebrate the occasion, we had this bottle at Mode, the bistro at the 4 Seasons hotel in Sydney. A wonderful drop - a beautiful nectarine and peach nose followed by a well integrated body. Acid was there but not over the top and the oak was holding the show but not shouting front he rooftop. Beautiful mouth feel - well weighted with a well rounded finished. Drank too early though. Another 5+ years before it gets into its peak.
