Saturday, March 18, 2023 - Dark ruby. Medium + intense nose of dark cherries, slight figs, over ripe blackcurrant, raspberries, black pepper, some leather, some tobacco, some dark chocolate. Lots going on...
Palate similar. Ripe dark fruit with a decent acidity and structure. Intense and persistent. Pairs very nicely with meats and specifically the tacos I had with this one.
Medium + body, medium acidity and medium tannins.
