Monday, May 8, 2023 - Slow oxed at The Greenock. Beautiful, minty nose with creme de cassis, black currants, baking spice and vanillin oak. Medium-bodied, this is taut with crisp acids. Quite good and very youthful, but I’m not sure this will age much past 15. Drink now-2029 92
