Sunday, January 8, 2023 - Surprisingly light for something from the Prisioner Wine Co. Very pleasant, medium acidity, soft tannins. Already showing age signals, so I guess it’s time to open the cork as it does not seem to me be it will benefit from more time in the cellar.
