Saturday, July 13, 2019 - Decanted for about 30 minutes. A super young Taurasi, but ordering from wine list so limited choices. I would cellar this for another 5 years before opening. Nose of dark red berries and earth. On the palate tannins here are still grippy but shut down, fruit is dark and the minerals and earth are in equal measure. Needs food and air, but a nice wine.
