Saturday, January 20, 2024 - Dark ruby red with a faint tinge of brown at the edge, medium-bodied, good viscosity, bramble and forest fruits on the nose. Rich, spicy, mouth-filling and a long finish. A perfect accompaniment to coq au vin on a snowy night. Not sure this will improve much, and very tempting to drink the remaining bottles immediately!
