Thursday, November 4, 2021 - dark, inky in appearance. nose is fruity, welch's, black and blue berries, vanilla, but there's balance with a determined herbal and loamy quality along with spearmint. palate is balanced as well, some acidic pop but the texture is velvety and supple. with time and air, the flavour grows more and more savoury. good juice this.
