Thursday, April 13, 2023 - Petrol on the nose, broader fruit, rounder, creamier and richer texture, touch ripe (yellow fruit), but still energetic; however a couple of days later, hints of mint, spices and herbs on the palate – this is definitely still young and still needs to unwind more with time, but it is incredible how the wine just snaps into focus a couple days after opening and becomes this delicate, elegant, creamy thing of beauty. I’m so glad I have a couple more bottles to try in the next couple of years.
