Thursday, February 10, 2022 - No note here, since it would be unfair. For me an interesting excurse into the world of dry Auslese, but I am not an expert and can’t rate this.
At any rate a well above 90 rating if I had to give one. Lots of salt, somewhat austere minerality, petrol. Certainly a time-evolving project here. Both for the wine and for me.

Day three in the fridge and the acidity is toned down, while the wiff of petroleum remained. I can imagine this being excellent with Asian or Indian food.
So now I can rate it. 92+
