Sunday, December 31, 2017 - Only has another ten years or so of useful life ahead of it. Needs to breathe a good two or three hours (or decant). Stunningly complex - I won't even try to list all the stuff I detected on the nose and on the palate. However (and it pains me to say this), it's more interesting and thought provoking than it is enjoyable.
