Sunday, February 6, 2022 - Clear pale gold; clean medium nose of wax, pith, apple, mango and melon; dry; high acidity; medium alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate is tarter with yellow bean waxiness and addition of nutmeg; long finish; drink now or in 5 years years; just starting to show some tertiary notes - interested to see how it further develops
