Saturday, December 23, 2023 - Classic Gevrey nose. Pallet showed much darker fruit than the 17 I had a few months back. Finish was savory and a bit clipped by the structure. This wine is dark and brooding, the savory structure is hiding a lot of what this wine has to give. Still a lovely wine, but needs a few more years. Great pairing with pepperoni pizza!🍕
