Wednesday, July 1, 2020 - Wow!!! What a huge gushing Pinot.... I think the last Abbott claim I had was a 2004. Oh how it has changed in style from what I remember. This one is deep purple ruby in color and extremely fruity. Notes of cherry, raspberry, huckleberry, leather, rose bulb, vanilla, cola, sassafras mushroom and mineral. Still showing off the strength of its youth this thing is like thick ripe berry skin on the palate and mouthfeel almost tubular like a ballon. Will drink well from 2022 - 2032.
