Saturday, January 20, 2007 - A Piemonte dinner party with friends (San Francisco): Decanted 5+ hours. Silky, red fruits and licorice, rather tart, tongue-numbing but ripe tannin shuts down everything on the finish. Pleasant, but sadly this isn't really open for business. Little change on day 2.
