Likes this wine:

Thursday, April 18, 2024 - 15 mins slow ox prior to serving, as advised by the producer, and served at cellar temperature in a universal wine glass
Transparent but dark pomegranate with transparent rims
low+medium- intensity: spicy fresh red fruit with a touch of chocolate
rather thin palate driven by acidity and fruit, tannins are only present as an ever so slight bitterness, lingering fruit & acidity on the finish.
This is good but unexpectedly PNesque. apparently towards the end of its drinking window, but doesn't feel tired at all. 100% syrah. destemmed. from Clay-limestone soil. elevage in oak but no idea, if there's any new oak involved. defo high qpr.
