Transparent pomegranate with slightly brightening rims, looking very fresh Decanted (probably not long enough though) but a sulfur smell buries the fruit Palate: badly integrated acidity, some gripping but more drying tannins. This feels like it needs age, but I'm not sure if it has the stuffing for that. Producer advised that I should start from 2025 due to the high acidity of the vintage and I now definitely second that.

15 mins slow ox prior to serving, as advised by the producer, and served at cellar temperature in a universal wine glass Transparent but dark pomegranate with transparent rims low+medium- intensity: spicy fresh red fruit with a touch of chocolate rather thin palate driven by acidity and fruit, tannins are only present as an ever so slight bitterness, lingering fruit & acidity on the finish. This is good but unexpectedly PNesque. apparently towards the end of its drinking window, but doesn't feel tired at all. 100% syrah. destemmed. from Clay-limestone soil. elevage in oak but no idea, if there's any new oak involved. defo high qpr.

Universal white wine glass, opened on sun. then kept under a vacuum stopper in the fridge. Dark Purple with brightening rims Vanilla, Red tea, there’s a creamy fruit that I can’t yet identify, rather low to medium- intensity, slightly vegetal note- beets, smoky. Licorice Perhaps a slight but muted oxidated varnishey note, other than that pleasantly bitter tannins that grip slightly towards the finish but aren’t drying at all (provide a pleasant structure), surprisingly present acidity, interesting balance between tannins/acidity, the fruity acidity lingers. There’s a kind of salty crunchiness to the texture. You can chew this. Medium+ body. Licorice. I'm surprised how ready this is. This has the power for a few more years, but it's definitely good to go as of now.
