Wednesday, July 1, 2020 - This is an impressively delicious and versatile wine. Had a glass before dinner with aromas and taste of cherry, raspberry with underlying earth tones. Then enjoyed with a rib eye. Wow! The steak brought out flavors of mushroom with a loamy forest floor. Afterwards, paired it with a Roquefort. The saltiness of the cheese gave the wine a refreshingly piney taste added to the flavors above. So happy of I have another bottle.
