Tuesday, December 6, 2022 - A bit better than our previous bottle on 3/18/22. Slo-oxed for 15 minutes, chilled. Citrus and minerality on the nose. The palate yielded some green apple, peach, lemon/lime, and touches of orange, pineapple and minerality. Only very slightly off dry (Kabinett style). The acidity was juicy and relatively balancing. Could hold but I suggest drinking up.
