Monday, August 14, 2023 - Last opened a bottle 2-3 years ago and this was significantly better tonight. Flush with sweet cherries and borrowing from another note, some wild strawberries. Loamy mid palate. Bright but smooth tannins. Amazingly paired (not intentionally) with braised teriyaki chicken. Sweet and savory but more towards the sweet spectrum. Medium length.
