Monday, March 2, 2020 - What happens when Somms and ITBers get together (tango sur, chicago IL): Nose: The nose is perfumed, balanced, and savory with dark red cherries, strawberries, roasted herbs, rose petals, tobacco, licorice, violets, savory tones, and crushed rocks. There is excellent depth with a brightness to the red fruits right now.

Taste: The feel is Medium/full bodied with tart, high acidity and chewy, medium+ tannins. The feel is well balanced and deep with dark red cherries, strawberries, roasted herbs, licorice, rose petals, tobacco, savory tones, and some crushed rocks.

Overall: This is on the young side, but it is also gorgeous. There is a lot to like already but the structure is holding the wine back just a bit right now.
