Saturday, April 17, 2021 - 2 hours in the decanter prior to drinking. Agree with previous reviewer, surprisingly muted on the nose, however faint floral notes of violet and lavender evident, with a hint of red plum. Fruitier on the palate, boysenberry and black cherry and as expected juicy up front. Long gripping tannins that coat the side and back palate. Enjoyable, which score reflects, but slightly out of balance at the moment, try again 2023.
