Friday, August 20, 2021 - Greenblanket has always said that he doesn't like Brunellos and his first taste of this wine seemed to confirm his opinion - it was California big with some serious gum sucking tannin. But that big fruit was all about lovely complexity and spice inflection. Greenblanket may still note care for Brunello but this is a seriously delicious and interesting wine.
