Friday, January 26, 2007 - Sangiovese/Cabernet Sauvignon blend. Dark ruby with black tinges. Aromas of vanilla, toffee, and blackcurrant. Full-bodied, with vanilla/wood, blackcurrant. Good acidity. Moderate finish, ~35s, with black fruit and vanilla. Softened a little over the course of two hours in a decanter.
