Monday, August 1, 2022 - Exquisite right now. Double decant 1st night and then 45 min. I actually paired this with a grass fed Denver chuck steak and it worked well. Add a fresh garden salad from my garden and this was a great meal paired well with a gentle earthy tone Pinot Noir with just enough dark berry to go with the meat.
Day 2 was pesto chicken pasta w same salad and it worked! Even deeper berry w that very characteristic light body Pinot Noir finish. I wish I had more of these. Drink up no need to cellar any longer.
