Monday, May 11, 2020 - Someone else noted some bottle variation, and I did with this bottle, still quite pleasant but slightly more oxidized/developed than it should be at this point. I examined the cork and there is a slight crease that would explain it. Looks like dull corker jaws pinching the cork. This creates a channel for air. Time to drink them up. Probably a three head corker so expect every third bottle to be at risk. That said it was still a drinkable wine last night and there were three winemakers having it.
