Friday, January 2, 2015 - Loads of tar and coffee on the nose. A touch of balsamic. Cherry and cement. Fresh black cherry juice with flavors of ink and cherry confection, hay and sweet oak, ends with bitter grapeseed.
We decanted for an hour then back into the bottle. May not have needed that much air.
