Wednesday, May 30, 2007 - Magnificent. Complex, structured...several layers to dig through before you get to the fruit. Obvious but not overwhelming traces of stone and soil, followed by cherry on the finish. Low acidity, no sense of alcohol. Served with marsala-glazed paillards of beef with shiitake risotto.
