I would say this wasa a medium to medium/light bodied Claret very much in the California style; fruit forward but a really easy drinking wine and in a great place right now. Smoothly integrated tannins and while a terrifically long finish it performed nicely. Probably noit for those with a far more sophisticated palate and budget but a terrific every day drinker and or wine to serve at a party where nobody will be offended. I don't recall what I paid for this but wish I had more.
