85 Points

Tuesday, December 29, 2020 - An interesting Chardonnay without any oak influence. All of Francois Ganoux wines are aged in stainless steel tanks. Fresh and zesty array of green tree fruits, hints lychee. Steely and linear, stylistically more of a “Classic Sauvignon Blanc” than Burgundy. Airy and crystalline minerals on the palate, very pure and smooth. Would be interesting to try one with more age on it. (85/100)
