Tuesday, November 2, 2021 - Initially this wine was a bit muted and herbacious. I left half a bottle for the next day and then it showed a whole lot better. Usually I try to follow the development during a few hours, but I wasn’t able to do so in this case. One thing s for sure: this wine needs a fair bit of time to show its best!

Medium-light ruby color. Full aromas of cherry, red berries, milk chocolate and a hint of violets. Full bodied with chewy-smooth tannins and fresh acidity. The fnish is very long and keeps on lingering.

Considering its age and current structure I would expect this wine to age, and probably improve, for at least some 10 more years. Drink now - 2033.
