Wednesday, February 6, 2019 - Pale straw color. Drank a glass over 90 minutes. My initial reaction was this isn't Riesling, they must have brought the wrong wine. Seemed like Pinot Grigio at first taste, very light, citrus, minimal minerality, barely perceptible fusil, very simple, essentially dry.
