Sunday, March 28, 2021 - Pale red colored, with aromas of cherries, pine, brine and spice. While pleasantly lightweight on the palate and light colored in the glass, the flavors are impressively dense: cherries, green herbs, pine, and spice. A white floral note emerges on the finish. The palate is savory with an acidic lift that seems to encourage additional sips. A very good food wine and a very good QPR. Drink now - 2023.
