Medium ruby, minimal bricking; medium intensity aromatics, black cherry, fruit forward but plenty of spice and complexity, slight animal musk (in a good way), a bit of leather; palate is medium bodied, medium-plus acidity, medium alcohol, well balanced primary fruit with some florals (violets?); medium-plus length finish.
